Temporary Operational Changes for our Hermiston Redemption Center:

Due to construction, hours will be limited to 9am – 4:30pm, six days per week (closed on Fridays).

Self-serve machines will be unavailable. Containers can be hand-counted at the Customer Service counter. The bag drop door will be closed but Green & Blue Bags will be accepted inside by staff.

* Each BottleDrop account card has a unique number, including your in-app card. However, multiple cards can be linked to the same account. To make sure the card(s) you have are linked to your account, simply log in to your online account, then select Manage BottleDrop Cards. Here, you will see every card that is linked to your account.
