Pendleton Cultural Foundation

The organization's purpose is to promote and encourage interest and activity in cultural and global relationships. The funds are primarily used to coordinate the sister city exchange between Pendleton, Oregon and Minamisoma, Japan. Six high school students and a chaperone from Pendleton go to Japan each July and the same number of Japanese people are hosted in Pendleton each August.
