Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency HOME Youth Services mission is to empower people to change their lives and exit poverty by providing vital services and community leadership.
HOME runs four programs serving at-risk, homeless, runaway and street youth. (1) the Drop In: a day center that offers basic needs, pathways to stability, positive youth development activities and a job training program. The Drop In has an outreach team that provides runaway homeless youth and street dependent youth with services and resources for support and empowerment which can lead to personal commitment to positive change. (2) Taylor's House: a 24/7 emergency shelter for youth 11 to 18. More than a physical roof over their head, we offer holistic services and connections to the community. (3) Rapid Rehousing: provides rental assistance along with resources and case management for 16 to 24 years old’s who are experiencing homelessness or in danger of experiencing homelessness. (4) David’s House: this will be a transitional shelter that will serve youth 14 to 18 in Polk County within the year. Stability, positive relationships and life skills is our hope for every youth.

We are a non profit food bank and consignment shop for those over 50. We are also a hub for Meals-on-Wheels. We provide a place for Seniors to come visit and make a little extra income.
