Safe Haven Maternity Home

Safe Haven Maternity Home, a nonprofit organization under 501(c)(3), was established in 1992 to provide a safe home environment that inspires and provides resources to pregnant young women and those young women with babies who are in crisis. We offer housing, supervision, nutritious meals; transportation to training, schools, medical and other necessary appointments; assessments, referrals and follow-up with community resources during pregnancy and after; life and job skills training, parenting education, and emotional support.

Salem Harvest Inc.

Salem Harvest connects farmers and backyard growers with volunteer pickers to harvest fresh produce that would otherwise go to waste. Our principal mission is the free distribution of this food to children or homeless, unemployed, elderly or low-income individuals.
