Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care is a community-based, nonprofit serving the Mid-Willamette Valley. It is our mission to provide compassionate care and support for individuals, families, and caregivers facing serious illness or end of life.
The primary purpose of the organization is to provide retirement housing and services. Mary's Woods is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), which provide its residents with a range of living options including: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support and Nursing Services.
