ReFIT (Remodeling For Independence Together) is a 100% volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has provided no-cost home modifications to financially and physically challenged members in the greater Portland community since 1997.
Our mission is threefold: to provide compassionate and comprehensive orthopedic care to underserved patients, to forge strong partnerships with local surgeons to elevate the standard of care, and to raise awareness of the critical importance of global medicine.
