Independence Northwest is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing case management and home and community-based supports to 500 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Portland tri-county area. Established in 1972, the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB) is a non-profit tribal advisory organization serving the 43 federally recognized tribes of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho located in Portland, Oregon. The NPAIHB mission is to eliminate health disparities and improve the quality of life of American Indians and Alaska Native by supporting Northwest Tribes in their delivery of culturally appropriate, high quality health care. The NPAIHB houses a tribal epidemiology center, several health promotion disease prevention projects, and is active in Indian health policy.

NWTW is a community-based nonprofit with a mission to empower theatre as an active and timely cultural force, through its commitment to the creation, development and production of new work by Northwest artists.
