SAND’s “Same Cans. Brighter Futures.” campaign turns bottles and cans into employment opportunities for local students.
Funds raised through BottleDrop help the Social Advocacy Network of Disabilities (SAND) create paid employment opportunities for local college students who are eligible for Federal Work-Study. Students help support SAND’s disability advocacy, accessibility initiatives, community programs, outreach, and efforts to build a more inclusive Oregon.

The Sojourner Education Foundation (SEF) raises funds for Sojourner School in Milwaukie, Oregon to support our magnet school programming, including teacher salaries. A Fall raffle, Spring auction, direct giving, and BottleDrop are our fundraisers witha goal to raise roughly $60,000 each year. The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) for Sojourner School in Milwaukie, Oregon raises money for special teacher projects and community events. The raised funds have supported grants to teachers, courtyard seating, Field day, Back-to-School social, and swim week. We aim to raise between $5,000-10,000 each year for these projects.
