Community Transitional School is a tuition-free, nonprofit PreK-8th grade private school dedicated to the educational needs of children experiencing homelessness and living within the Portland metropolitan area.
The Community Transition Program (CTP) supports young adults (18-21) with disabilities as they build independence through job training, community outings, and daily living skills. Your donations help bring real-world learning to life!

We equip Lane County youth with the tools to help them gain confidence in their abilities and see value in their decisions. We break down barriers, build bridges, and create strategic partnerships to connect youth with education and employment pathways to transform their future potential.
