Athletes in Residence is a non-profit community sports initiative committed to team sports for social good by providing access to youth sports scholarships and development. Given the decade-long decline in youth sports participation and the increase in mental health issues in young America, AIR's mission is to provide community kids access to team sports by closing the income gap to high quality team sports and focusing on player development with year-around programs that benefit the local community.
