Bridge Meadows brings the generations together to improve health and well-being through connection, purpose, and belonging. Built around the concept of interdependence, our affordable housing communities support children who have experienced the foster care system, their adoptive families, and elders who serve as mentors and caregivers. The therapeutic services we offer include one-on-one mental health support, group circles tailored to each generation’s needs, art and educational services, mental health training to caregivers, non-violent communication trainings, health & nutrition workshops, case management, essential services like food pantries, and more. Together, these services and supports lead to stable and permanent families with lower rates of child welfare recidivism, the opportunity for older adults to age in place safely and give back to their community, and improved health and well-being for all three generations.
