Due to construction, hours will be limited to 9am – 4:30pm, six days per week (closed on Fridays).

Self-serve machines will be unavailable. Containers can be hand-counted at the Customer Service counter. The bag drop door will be closed but Green & Blue Bags will be accepted inside by staff.

Crook County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue is a volunteer organization dedicated to providing professional level Search and Rescue services to Crook County residents and visitors in the backcountry, and in rural and urban areas as requested by the Sheriff. We also serve as a mutual aid resource for other counties in the area. Search and Rescue serves as an educational and humanitarian resource to the community, providing information and training. We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in distress through prompt and effective Search and Rescue operations. Our dedicated team of professionals and volunteers train extensively and work tirelessly to respond to emergencies and save lives.
