Josephine Community Library Foundation

Josephine Community Library Foundation (JCLF) is the private, nonprofit foundation established in 1987 that raises money to enhance and improve the libraries in Josephine County, mostly focused on capital or other expenditures that are not part of the library’s normal budget.
