Junior Achievement

Junior Achievement (JA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing young people for success in a global economy. Through hands-on, experiential learning programs, JA helps students build essential skills in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. Working in partnership with schools, businesses, and community volunteers, JA delivers age-appropriate programs that connect classroom learning to real-world experiences. Students learn how to manage money, explore career pathways, understand how businesses operate, and develop the confidence and skills needed for future success. Signature programs like JA BizTown and JA Finance Park provide immersive environments where students take on adult roles—running businesses, managing personal finances, and making real-life decisions in a simulated economy.With a focus on empowering the next generation, Junior Achievement equips students with the knowledge and mindset to own their economic success and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
