Magic Wheelchair

Magic Wheelchair is a 501c3 organization that promotes inclusion and self-expression by building epic adaptive wheelchair costumes — at no cost to families. Our STEM program trains and empowers volunteer builders, makers, and students to create wheelchair costumes that bring recipients' imaginations to life, promote inclusion, and rewrite the narrative of what it means to be disabled. Magic Wheelchair has served over 320 families to-date and has a waitlist of over 450 children and adults. We’ve officially set roots in Gresham by opening our first Magic Makerspace, a hub to create for the local community.
