Pacific Pug Rescue

Pacific Pug Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit organization incorporated in 2006. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pugs and pug mixes in need, regardless of age, medical condition, or circumstance. We’re passionate about caring for each dog we take in; meeting both their short-term needs and setting them up for a happy, healthy future. Before adoption, our dogs live with loving foster families who help them feel safe, cared for, and ready for their forever homes. Every dog in our care receives full veterinary attention, including spay/neuter services, dental checks, vaccinations, and microchipping. Beyond rescuing and rehoming pugs, we’re dedicated to educating the community about the breed, its unique personality, common health concerns, and what it takes to care for one. We also work to raise awareness about the importance of reducing pet overpopulation through responsible pet ownership.
