Portland Institute for Contemporary Art

Portland Institute for Contemporary Art (PICA) is a non-profit arts organization that presents performances, exhibitions, and lectures year-round; the annual Time-Based Art Festival; a bi-annual artist residency, Creative Exchange Lab; and an annual re-granting program for artists/art collectives. Our mission is to acknowledge and advance new developments in contemporary art while fostering the creative explorations of artists and audiences.
