Portland Street Medicine

Portland Street Medicine's mission is to offer our homeless neighbors accessible whole-person care to improve and support health, and to bridge a gap in trust between people and systems. We bring free, compassionate healthcare directly to unhoused neighbors wherever they are living. Our teams provide street-based medical care, health education, vaccinations, and follow-up support that help people access services that are often out of reach. By showing up consistently and moving at the speed of trust, we help improve health while rebuilding connection between people and the healthcare system.
