Teaching Learning Caring (TLC) Inc.

TLC is the parent board that functions as a mediator between the VA Hospital in Portland and the on-site day care provider. It is open to any and all parents of children enrolled in the day care center at VAPORHCS. Our main function is to make sure things run smoothly and ensure contracts are honored between both parties. We also function to communicate issues, questions, and requests between parents and the day care center. Finally, we raise funds throughout the year to provide the children with toys, books, and materials requested by the teachers to enrich the learning environment.
