VOA – Al Forthan Memorial Scholarship

The Al Forthan Scholarship aids Oregon high school students who come from families impacted by addiction and poverty. The Al Forthan Scholarship has distributed over $1,000,000 to over 700 Oregon students since the creation in 2006!
