Our Mission is to take in horses, livestock or other animals that have been neglected abused, or face slaughter or euthanasia. We assist these animals through proper veterinary care, nutrition and socialization to return to health. Through helping animals, we set an example of putting compassion in to action in our community.
Heartland Humane Society is a local, progressive, not-for-profit animal welfare organization. Founded in Benton County by a number of compassionate citizens in 1966, our mission is To build a more compassionate community by teaching humane messages to our youth, caring for homeless animals and strengthening the human-animal bond.
