Heartland Humane Society is a local, progressive, not-for-profit animal welfare organization. Founded in Benton County by a number of compassionate citizens in 1966, our mission is To build a more compassionate community by teaching humane messages to our youth, caring for homeless animals and strengthening the human-animal bond.
Herd U Needed A Home Rescue works with shelters and individuals to rescue herding dogs and mixes from situations in which they are at risk of suffering and place them into loving and appropriate homes.
