The Humane Society of Central Oregon (HSCO) provides physical, medical, and behavioral care for thousands of abandoned, neglected and abused companion animals every year. Our mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond by advocating and compassionately caring for animals. HSCO assists people of all ages and economic backgrounds through low-cost spay/neuter assistance vouchers and pet food and/or litter assistance to pet owners with demonstrated financial need.
