We are a non-profit dedicated to providing skilled, devoted companions to support and assist veterans, first responders, and others with disabilities, creating cohesive teams focused on building a life of greater freedom and independence.

Animal Rescue

Keitha’s Kittie Rescue cares for cats and kittens that are abandoned or surrendered by their owners, found as strays and/or need medical care in the communities of Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon and Sweet Home. The all-volunteer, foster based animal rescue organization for cats and kittens was established in 2017 and is a non-profit 501©3. Our mission is to provide adoption and placement of rescued cats and kittens into permanent indoor only homes. We are further dedicated to the care and housing of any sick or injured cat by providing quality care for their lifetime, if needed. We have a focus on educating the public of the need to spay and neuter their pets, the prevention of animal cruelty, responsible pet ownership, and we actively encourage trap-neuter-release (TNR) of feral cats. 100% of donations that the rescue receives goes directly to the kitties for their medical care, spay/neuter and food.

We are a chartered club within the Marion County 4-H organization. Our focus is on educating our members and the general public about care, handling, and responsible husbandry for rabbits, cavies and poultry. Members are active at Marion County Fair and Oregon State Fair and also participate in the Marion County Junior Livestock Auction.
