Our goal is to rescue surplus farm produce, preserve it into nutritious, shelf-stable foods, and distribute them year-round to Central Oregon families especially those facing food insecurity.

COTA maintains 600 miles of trail across Central Oregon, and on average builds ~10 new miles of trail yearly. COTA's mission is to develop, protect, and enhance the Central Oregon mountain bike experience through trail stewardship, advocacy, collaboration, and education.
