Corvallis Housing First currently operates four facilities that provide housing, case management, and outreach services to those experiencing homelessness. We work to provide low-barrier, behavior-based housing without preconditions and barriers to entry, such as sobriety or treatment participation requirements. Our mission is to provide solutions for ending homelessness and achieving self-sufficiency.
Since 1975, the Council on Aging has been a trusted partner and leader supporting older adults and vulnerable seniors in Central Oregon. Our community relies on us as “the go-to resource” for programs, services, and information.
We provide older adults in the tri-county with food and nutrition options like Meals on Wheels and community dining, Medicare and options counseling, family caregiver support, and social engagement programs, such as Caring Connections and Pet Pals.

Crossroads Communities is a Lebanon, OR based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the vulnerable populations of Oregon. Although formed to address the needs of Veterans, Crossroads Communities helps all in need. Our efforts include offering wrap around services to affordable housing residents and an outreach team actively performing within the community to reach those most vulnerable to the elements, the unhoused. We are a nonprofit organization supporting East Portland that works alongside those on the margins to empower individuals and communities through an inclusive range of services and supports. We envision communities that are safe, supportive, and full of opportunity. Partnering with the community, we provide services and support to our neighbors who have been marginalized and underserved. We build communities from the inside out through community engagement and action, workforce development, community healthcare services, and alternative housing.
