The Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation is committed to supporting Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, its patients and their loved ones, as well as the health and well-being of those who live and work in the community.
Since our inception in 1975, we have helped to fund medical equipment for the hospital, enhance program services, provide financial support for patient and community wellness programs, and help low-income individuals obtain medical care. We cannot do this without the generous contributions from our hospital staff, friends, neighbors and businesses.
The purpose of the foundation is to benefit the health needs of our local community by giving grants, medical scholarships to local students, and treatment for the underserved of our community.
Grace Center for Adult Day Services provides a unique and needed service. The only certified adult day center in Linn, Benton, and Polk counties and the east side of Lincoln County, Grace Center has been providing specialized health and social day services to aging adults and those with a disability of all ages across this four-county region in our centrally located facility in North Corvallis. Grace Center’s mission is to provide day services that optimize the cognitive and physical abilities of seniors and adults with disabilities so they can remain as independent as possible and in their homes. The vision of Grace Center is to be leaders in a unique approach to long-term care that will change the way our culture views aging through innovative practices that keep families together and our communities intergenerational.
