Youth, Rights & Justice (YRJ) is a nonprofit juvenile public defense provider serving Oregon youth and families since 1975. YRJ advances the rights of children, parents, and families through advocacy in the courts, schools, legislature, and community.

Our Programs We provide Survivor-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, housing-first, personalized services to support the dignity of our most vulnerable neighbors – Survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence, moms and kids impacted by incarceration, seniors living on low, fixed incomes, and those striving for a more just and inclusive community.
