Organized in 1994 by local women sailors, Oregon Women's Sailing Association (OWSA) promotes opportunities for women to learn sailing through education and practical experience. OWSA turned 30 years old in 2024, and we are excited to carry on the tradition of promoting opportunities for women to sail in Oregon and SW Washington.
Our members are artists, educators, healthcare workers, business owners, caretakers, students, and retirees. Some of us have circumnavigated the globe. Some of us just got our sea legs. And all of us believe in the magic of wind and water.

Oregon State Dressage team works to further build the connection between horse and rider through the dressage riding discipline. Members of this team work to further develop their riding abilities and use competitions to demonstrate this improvement. This club also provides an environment to connect equestrians and their surrounding community.
Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) is a national organization founded to make riding horses in college affordable. The Oregon State University team competes at the regional and up to the national level allowing any rider (who owns or doesn’t own a horse) the chance to compete in English, Jumping, Western Horsemanship, and Reining. There are all levels starting at walk trot up to open, where the rider is evaluated and placed into the appropriate classes. The rider is given a randomly selected horse and must take it into the ring and show it during competitions. Check out our Instagram for pictures and more information.
