The purpose of the Association is exclusively charitable and intended to facilitate a
competitive high school lacrosse experience for men and women. The objective of this
association shall be to teach, govern, and promote
the game of lacrosse for high school
players. The Association will provide an opportunity for all otherwise eligible high school
students, grades nine through twelve, to participate in a competitive lacrosse program
that emphasizes fundamentals of the game, good sportsmanship, the spirit of
competition and a strong sense of personal confidence and self esteem.
