Job's Daughter is an organization for young ladies between the ages of 10 and 20. In the organization, the members learn many important skills which can assist them in their future endeavors including how to run a business meeting, public speaking, leadership, charity, event planning, and time management just to name a few. We also encourage the members to have fun activities such as bowling nights, sleepovers, movie nights, etc. This is a safe environment where the members have the opportunity to grow as individuals and create lifelong connections. One important pillar in the organization is the importance of helping others. As an international organization, we have a philanthropic organization that we all help support called HIKE. HIKE stands for Hearing Improvement Kids Endowment which provides hearing devices for those who otherwise would not be able to afford them. Overall, the organization is meant to provide a safe space for the members to grow and prosper.
