The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations, providing programs for young people that build character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship and develops personal fitness. Troop 99 serves boys age 11-18 in the Albany, Oregon area. We have a dynamic program mixed with high adventure for youth who want to take advantage of it.
At the Boys & Girls Club of Albany we provide various programs for all youth including after-school programs, summer programs, athletic programs, free dental services to the community, paid internships, and so much more.
Our mission is to provide a fun, safe, and supervised environment for recreational and educational activities where all youth can develop the confidence and qualities to becoming caring, productive, and responsible citizens.

The Elementary Afterschool Program is designed to provide a safe, positive, and fun learning environment. There are many programs and opportunities provided for all elementary youth. Through collaborating with our parents, the school district, churches and various agencies, our programs help youth become the best possible person they can be.
A typical day at the Elementary Site includes a snack, time for members to choose what they want to do, and Club programming.
During their time in the Elementary Afterschool Program, members have access to:
