Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley

The mission of the Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley is to inspire all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens. The Club provides a safe place for youth who might otherwise be unsupervised - reducing risk and increasing protective factors - benefitting the entire community. Programs are based on a youth development strategy that fosters a sense of belonging, competence, usefulness and influence. BGCUV serves youth in grades 1st – 12th, with the goal of helping each one grow into a healthy, productive, successful individual prepared to achieve a great future. We offer three core programs – the after-school program, summer programs and sports leagues.
