Crossroads Communities

Crossroads Communities is a Lebanon, OR based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the vulnerable populations of Oregon. Although formed to address the needs of Veterans, Crossroads Communities helps all in need. Our efforts include offering wrap around services to affordable housing residents and an outreach team actively performing within the community to reach those most vulnerable to the elements, the unhoused.
