Fora Health provides treatment, care and advocacy for all who are affected by substance use disorder. Formerly known as De Paul Treatment Centers, we are one of Oregon’s oldest, largest and most respected non-profit treatment centers providing treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. We take a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction. By providing a full continuum of care services practiced by expert staff, Fora Health empowers our staff and patients to develop personalized care plans that meet each person’s unique, long-term needs and build the relationships and trust that lead to successful treatment outcomes. We believe everyone has the innate ability to heal and recover, and we have the experience to walk alongside our patients and their families every step of the way.
