The mission of Solid Ground Equine Assisted Services is to inspire and empower individuals by equipping them with the skills necessary to enhance their ability to overcome challenges and improve wellness through equine-centered activities.
Equine Assisted Services (EAS) is an innovative approach to therapy and personal development that harnesses the unique bond between humans and horses. This powerful partnership offers individuals a transformative experience that can lead to improved mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
At the heart of EAS lies the understanding that horses are incredibly sensitive and intuitive creatures. They have an innate ability to read and respond to human emotions and body language, providing immediate, honest feedback. This non-judgmental interaction creates a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their feelings, overcome challenges, and develop new skills.
EAS encompasses a wide range of activities, including therapeutic riding, groundwork, and even horse care. Each interaction is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the participant, whether they are seeking to improve their physical health, build confidence, enhance communication skills, or work through emotional difficulties.
