Eugene – 4/8 – 4/28 – Self-serve machines will be unavailable. All individual container counts will be done by Stream Count at the Bulk Count station. The drop door will be open.
Bend – 4/14 – 4/28 – Limited parking available due to construction.
Program for economically disadvantaged, homeless and foster youth and young adults in Benton County that provides academic, leadership and career development skills through hands-on training in a market garden operation. Much of the produce grown is distributed to low-income seniors through a cooperative program with Linn Benton Food Share.
The top 15 8th Graders who succeed academically but also help the community in a variety of ways are taken on an educational and fun filled excursion to celebrate them going above and beyond not only in the classroom, but in the community as well.
