Always scan your BottleDrop card (either physical or in-app card ) when you drop your Green Bags. This opens the drop door and creates a record of the visit on your account – to help us better track your bags. If another customer opens the door for you, it’s okay to place your bag inside – just don’t forget to also scan your card before you go.
Pro Tip: If you lose your physical account card, you can request a new card by logging into your online account and clicking on the “Manage BottleDrop Cards” option. You will be given a unique six-digit code that will need to be entered into a BottleDrop kiosk that will then dispense the card. Find a kiosk near you.
