If you are experiencing issues using the mobile app, we recommend taking the following steps:
- First fully close and restart the app on your mobile device
- If you are still experiencing issues with the app, we recommend deleting and reinstalling the app from the app store
- If pressing the Submit button to login takes you to a screen asking you to “Activate My Account” please follow the steps below.
On Android devices:
- Go to device settings
- Select Accessibility
- Select Font Size
- Set slider to the Default position
- Return to the BottleDrop app and try logging in again
On Apple devices:
- Go to Settings
- Select Accessibility
- Navigate to Display and Text Size
- Click Larger Text
- Ensure the toggle at the top of the screen is marked off
- Set slider to the middle position
- Return to the BottleDrop app and try logging in again
