If you have received an email stating your account has been credited with your first bag(s), but don’t see a balance reflected when checking your account online, you may have accidently created two accounts within our system.
To verify this is the case, you may call our customer service line at 503-542-5252 and select option 2 from the main menu. This will take you to our automated system, that you may use to check your cards account balance. If the automated system verifies there is a balance associated to your account card, but not to your online profile you have a few options.

You may also contact our Customer Service department here about the issue. Please include your card number, the full name and address on the account, and that you may have a two accounts created in your message. We may ask for additional verification email if the two accounts are not an exact match, to ensure we are merging the appropriate accounts.
