BottleDrop relies on unique bag tag stickers to credit customer accounts with the redemption value from containers in their Green Bags. When customers do not affix bag tag stickers to their Green Bags, BottleDrop is unable to associate the redemption value from containers in those bags with the correct customers. It is important to remember to place your bag tag on the bag if you wish to receive credit. However, customers who believe they may have inadvertently forgotten to place a bag tag sticker on their Green Bag, and do not wish for the redemption value to be directed to Containers for Change , can contact customer service at 503-542-5252 to inquire about a credit for their bag.
