If you are receiving a message stating your PIN has expired when utilizing one of our kiosks, you may have missed an important step. Your four digit PIN number associated to your card does not expire, but the six digit codes used to verify a new account, or to receive a replacement card do.
To avoid this issue when utilizing the kiosk ensure to select the “Access My BottleDrop Account.” button on the main screen of the kiosk. The kiosk will then prompt you to scan the barcode on the back of your physical BottleDrop card, or the barcode in our mobile app for digital cards. After scanning your card’s barcode you will be prompted to input your four digit PIN number and be granted access into your BottleDrop account.
